Requirements:
Strong hands-on experience with HCM Extracts including design development troubleshooting and integration with downstream systems.
Positive knowledge of BI Publisher (BIP) and OTBI Reports with the ability to develop complex reports dashboards data models and analytical solutions to support business requirements.
Good knowledge of Visual Builder Studio (VBS) and Oracle Redwood (HCM)
Positive knowledge of Talent Management and Compensation modules including configuration business process support eligibility profiles performance management succession planning and compensation cycles.
Positive knowledge of HCM Security including role-based access control data security policies security profiles user provisioning and troubleshooting security-related issues.
Good knowledge of Fast Formulas
Experience working on Oracle Fusion HCM technical integrations using HDL HCM Data Loader and REST/SOAP APIs
Ability to analyze business requirements design solutions.
