Role Description The Sr. Manager – Land Acquisition will lead end-to-end land identification, evaluation, and acquisition activities for projects in and around Hyderabad. This full-time, on-site role involves assessing land suitability, conducting due diligence, and coordinating with internal teams, legal advisors, and external stakeholders to ensure productive and compliant transactions.

The role includes overseeing land use planning, analyzing market trends and pricing, preparing feasibility studies, and supporting negotiations to secure strategic parcels of land. The Sr. Manager will also maintain detailed documentation, manage approvals, monitor timelines and budgets, and provide regular reports to leadership on pipeline, risks, and acquisition outcomes.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in land use planning and acquisitions, with experience managing end-to-end land deals.
- Advanced analytical skills to evaluate land value, project feasibility, and risk, including financial modeling where required.




- Proficiency in market research to assess location potential, regulatory environment, and competitive landscape.
- Solid understanding of finance concepts related to land transactions, including pricing, return on investment, and cost analysis.
- Knowledge of local regulations, zoning laws, and approval processes relevant to land development in and around Chennai.
- Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across legal, finance, and project teams.
- Proven experience in land acquisition or real estate development at a managerial or senior level.
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Urban Planning, Civil Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and travel as needed for site visits and stakeholder meetings.
