We are looking for a highly skilled Senior MIS Executive / MIS Analyst with robust expertise in Advanced Excel, data analysis, reporting, dashboard creation, automation, and business MIS.

The candidate should be capable of handling large volumes of data, creating automated reports, developing management dashboards, identifying business trends, and providing accurate and timely insights to management.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, monthly, and management MIS reports.
- Develop and maintain automated Excel-based dashboards and trackers.
- Analyze sales, customer, order, collection, productivity, and business-performance data.
- Consolidate data from multiple sources and ensure data accuracy.
- Create automated reporting formats to reduce manual work.
- Track team-wise and employee-wise performance against targets.
- Identify data discrepancies, trends, variances, and performance gaps.
- Generate ad-hoc reports and analysis as required by management.
- Coordinate with Sales, CRM, Accounts, Dispatch, and other departments for data collection.
- Maintain master databases and ensure timely data updates.




- Improve existing MIS processes through Excel automation, VBA, formulas, and data handling techniques.
- Develop management dashboards and present meaningful insights from raw data.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure confidentiality of business data.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
