- Design and Development: Create 3D models, detailed drawings, and specifications using CAD software like SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or Creo.

- Manufacturing Support: Partner with production and assembly teams to ensure designs are easy and cost-effective to build (Design for Manufacturability).

- Testing and Validation: Build prototypes, run simulations (FEA/CFD), and test parts for durability, safety, and performance.

- Problem Solving: Lead root-cause investigations to fix mechanical failures on the factory floor or issues reported by customers.

- Continuous Improvement: Drive LEAN manufacturing, cost-reduction, and efficiency projects.

- Documentation: Manage Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs) in PLM systems.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
