Job Purpose:

The Sr. Project Manager – Solar is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end execution of multiple solar power projects across various sites. This leadership role requires strategic planning, operational excellence, and effective cross-functional team coordination to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and at the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the execution of multiple solar project sites simultaneously, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Establish standardized project implementation and reporting frameworks across all sites.
- Monitor and guide project teams, including Project Managers, Site Engineers, contractors, and consultants.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, consultants, clients,



and government authorities across all projects.
- Develop and enforce safety, compliance, and quality assurance protocols at all sites.
- Optimize resource allocation (manpower, materials, machinery) across locations to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Review and approve project schedules, procurement plans, and contractor performance.
- Identify project risks and formulate mitigation plans.
- Ensure timely handover of projects with necessary documentation and client satisfaction.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in execution practices.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
