Gaba Enterprises is looking for an experienced Sr. Quality Control Executive to join our team at Sangrur, Punjab.
? Location: Gaba Enterprises, Ubhawal Road, Sangrur, Punjab
? Industry: FMCG / Food Production – Namkeen & Snacks
? Experience: 6–7 Years
? Mandatory: Hands-on experience in Namkeen & Snacks Manufacturing
? Employment Type: Full time
? Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end QA & QC activities across production lines
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI, HACCP, food safety, hygiene & SOP standards
- Monitor raw materials, packaging materials and finished products
- Ensure batch consistency, taste, shelf life and packaging quality
- Handle quality deviations, root-cause analysis and CAPA
- Supervise and train QC technicians and line inspectors
- Maintain QA/QC records, documentation and audit requirements
? Candidate Profile
✔ 6–7 years of direct QC experience in Namkeen & Snacks Manufacturing
✔ Strong knowledge of snack processing and frying parameters
✔ Expertise in seasoning adherence and edible oil quality management
✔ Knowledge of packaging integrity and shelf-life requirements
✔ Working knowledge of FSSAI, HACCP and food safety systems
✔ Strong analytical, leadership and communication skills
