Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our TATA Cars dealership. The candidate will be responsible for generating sales, understanding customer requirements, explaining vehicle features, conducting test drives, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Attend showroom and walk-in customers professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable TATA vehicles.
- Explain vehicle features, specifications, variants, pricing, finance, insurance, and exchange options.
- Generate sales leads through showroom enquiries, calls, referrals, digital leads, and field activities.
- Arrange and accompany customers for test drives.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into bookings and sales.
- Maintain regular follow-up with customers throughout the sales process.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate customer details and update CRM regularly.
- Coordinate with Finance, Insurance, Exchange, and Delivery teams.




- Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.
- Participate in promotional events, road shows, and marketing activities.

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Diploma / Any Degree.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Experience in automobile sales, retail sales, or customer service will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented attitude with strong negotiation and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
- Willingness to achieve targets and work in a sales-oriented environment.
