About the Role:

Lorio Homes is looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager – B2B / Outdoor Sales to drive business development across Kerala for our premium imported Italian marble, tiles, sanitaryware and luxury building products.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive B2B sales and business development across Kerala.
- Develop relationships with builders, developers, architects, interior designers, contractors and project clients.
- Generate current leads and project opportunities through field visits and networking.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure and payment follow-up.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.




- Maintain a strong project pipeline and develop repeat business.
- Coordinate with internal sales, logistics, warehouse and accounts teams.
- Submit regular sales, client-visit and pipeline reports.

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in B2B / outdoor sales.
- Experience in marble, tiles, sanitaryware, building materials, interiors or construction is preferred.
- Strong Kerala-wide client network will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel across Kerala.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Salary: Based on experience, current package and proven performance. Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
