Job Summary

We are looking for a Sr. SEO Specialist with 1–2 years of relevant experience to manage and improve the company’s organic search performance. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of SEO, AEO, and GEO, along with the ability to develop and implement effective SEO strategies.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and website visibility.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and website SEO audits.
- Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, URLs, internal linking, and other on-page elements.
- Monitor and improve organic traffic, keyword rankings, and search performance.
- Implement technical SEO best practices and identify website optimization opportunities.
- Develop strategies for AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization).
- Track SEO performance using relevant analytics and SEO tools and prepare performance reports.
- Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, search trends, AI search, AEO, and GEO developments.
- Coordinate with content, web development, and digital marketing teams to implement SEO recommendations.




- Support and guide team members on SEO best practices and contribute to overall digital marketing goals.

Requirements
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in SEO.
- Strong understanding of On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO.
- Good knowledge of AEO and GEO concepts.
- Experience with keyword research and SEO analysis tools.
- Understanding of Google Search and ranking factors.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and team management/coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple SEO activities.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
- Knowledge of tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or similar SEO platforms.
- Understanding of WordPress and basic website structure.
- Knowledge of AI-driven search and content optimization will be an advantage.
