Key Responsibilities:

- Should have hands on experience on Windows Server 2019, 2022, IIS Administration.
- Experience Administering Windows Active Directory, OU policies and configuration.
- Implement VMware technology solutions for virtualization, networking, and storage infrastructures
- Experience patching servers and remediation vulnerabilities.
- Experience with data center maintenance including hardware installation and documentation.
- Managing and monitoring LAN/WAN infrastructure and ensuring network connectivity across all systems.
- Incident, Problem and Change records as per the ITIL Standards.
- Performing remote installations and support using remote access tools.
- Coordinate with theTeam Members on task division and delivery.
- Managing and maintaining the IT asset inventory, including hardware, software licenses, and peripherals.
- Coordinate with OEMs, ISPs, vendors, and partner teams for incident resolution, technical escalations, network upgrades, and service delivery.
- Lead and manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
- Monitoring system performance, resource utilization, and proactively identifying potential issues.
- Ensuring data security, user access control, and compliance with IT policies.
- Monitor and review SLA, KPI and drive corrective actions for deviations.
- Documenting IT processes,



configurations, and support activities for internal reference.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Solid knowledge of Windows operating systems, networking concepts, and hardware troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office 365 and Outlook support.
- Familiarity with network devices (routers, switches, firewalls) and IP configuration.
- Knowledge of IT asset management tools and inventory tracking.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with domain management and Active Directory.
- Familiarity with antivirus and endpoint security tools.
- Basic knowledge of server configuration and maintenance.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
