- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and interviewing candidates.
- Source top talent across various departments (including sales, corporate, and operational roles) through portals, professional networks, and databases.
- Coordinate interview processes with respective department managers and stakeholders.
- Support and implement effective hiring strategies to meet quick-paced organizational growth.
- Handle candidate onboarding, documentation management, and related HR operations support
Pay: Up to ₹700,000.00 per year
