ESR Data Scripts is currently looking for experienced US IT Recruiters to join our team.

Position: US IT Recruiter

Work Mode: Permanent Work from Home

Experience: 1–3 Years

Shift: Permanent Night Shift

Timings: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Key Requirements

- Experience in US IT Recruitment
- Hands-on experience with W2 and C2C requirements
- CEIPAL ATS experience is mandatory
- Strong candidate sourcing, screening, and communication skills
- Personal laptop is mandatory
- Reliable Wi-Fi / internet connection is required
- Must be comfortable working permanent night shifts

We are looking for recruiters who can effectively source, screen, coordinate, and work on US IT requirements in a fast-paced environment.
