Zouk has a growing presence across its own website and leading marketplaces such as Amazon and Myntra, with the website being a key business channel.

About the Role

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to help continuously improve and evolve Zouk's website and app experience.

This role goes beyond creating visually appealing interfaces. You will focus on user experience, conversion rate optimisation (CRO), usability and customer journeys, working closely with Brand Design, Product/Development and Performance Marketing teams.

The ideal candidate is curious about consumer behaviour, enjoys solving problems and uses data and customer insights to identify opportunities and improve product discovery, navigation, checkout and conversion.

An AI-first mindset is important for this role. You should be comfortable using AI tools to accelerate research, ideation, experimentation and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and improve user experiences across Zouk's website and app.
- Identify opportunities to improve conversion, navigation, product discovery, user journeys and checkout experience.
- Create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity UI designs, prototypes and design specifications.
- Design and optimise landing pages,



product pages and other key conversion journeys.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements and customer insights into effective UI/UX solutions.
- Analyse user behaviour, customer feedback and available data to identify usability and conversion opportunities.
- Support CRO initiatives, design testing and experimentation.
- Iterate designs based on user feedback, data and experiment learnings.
- Maintain consistency across Zouk's digital experience and overall brand identity.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Leverage AI tools to improve research, ideation, design exploration and workflow efficiency.

Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in UI/UX Design, Product Design or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Figma.
- Strong understanding of user-centred design, information architecture, interaction design and usability principles.
- Experience designing responsive experiences across desktop and mobile.
- Ability to create clean, visually strong and conversion-focused interfaces.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to independently manage projects and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UI/UX thinking and execution.
- Passion for design,



consumer experiences and continuous improvement.

Good to Have
- Experience working on e-commerce or D2C websites/apps.
- Exposure to CRO, A/B testing or conversion-focused design.
- Experience working with consumer brands, startups or creative agencies.
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Familiarity with analysing user behaviour and performance data.
- Experience using AI tools for design, research or ideation.
