Madnani Engineerings Works (MEW) is looking for a Senior Tender Executive to lead and manage the company’s government tendering operations. The candidate will be responsible for identifying relevant opportunities, preparing tender submissions, and ensuring full compliance across all procurement platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Search and track tenders on GeM, eProcurement, and other government portals.
- Prepare, compile, and submit tender documents as per technical and commercial requirements.
- Manage product catalogues and listings on GeM, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
- Maintain documentation and records for all tenders, bids, and related correspondence.
- Ensure compliance with GeM and government procurement policies.
- Coordinate with internal departments for data, certifications, and approvals.
- Maintain regular communication with GeM authorities for catalogue updates, issue resolution, and policy changes.
- Support post-tender activities such as clarifications, negotiations, and order follow-ups.

Job Type: Full time Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
