US IT Recruiter / Lead

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter / Recruitment Lead to manage end-to-end US IT staffing activities and lead a team of recruiters. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in US staffing, excellent sourcing and candidate-management skills, and a proven track record of meeting recruitment targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor a team of US IT Recruiters and manage daily recruitment activities.
- Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment from requirement understanding through candidate onboarding.
- Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Ceipal, Monster, Indeed, job boards, referrals, and Boolean searches.
- Work on W2, C2C, and 1099 requirements.
- Understand and validate US work authorization including USC, GC, H1B, EAD, OPT, CPT, etc.
- Screen candidates for technical fit, communication, availability, compensation, location, and work authorization.
- Coordinate with Account Managers, Sales teams, vendors, MSPs, and direct clients.
- Maintain a solid candidate pipeline and ensure timely submissions against client requirements.
- Monitor recruiter performance against daily, weekly,



and monthly KPIs.
- Conduct recruiter training, call audits, performance reviews, and coaching.
- Ensure accurate ATS/CRM updates and maintain candidate documentation.
- Manage interview scheduling, follow-ups, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
- Build robust relationships with candidates, vendors, and clients.
- Ensure compliance with company recruitment processes and US staffing standards.

Required Skills
- 4+ years of hands-on US IT Recruitment / US Staffing experience.
- Prior experience as a Senior Recruiter, Team Lead, or Lead Recruiter preferred.
- Strong knowledge of US staffing models: W2, C2C, 1099.
- Good understanding of US visa/work authorization categories.
- Hands-on experience with Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, Ceipal, JobDiva, Monster or similar platforms.
- Strong Boolean search and candidate-sourcing skills.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication.
- Strong negotiation, stakeholder-management, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under aggressive recruitment targets and deadlines.
- Good understanding of IT technologies and US hiring practices.
- Comfortable working in US night shifts.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
