Location: Prashanth Fertility Research Centre, Chetpet Chennai
Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible for the provision of quality patient care by maintaining the perfect medical record history of the patient.
- Needs to take responsibility for the orientation and induction training for current and junior’s staff nurses in the OT.
- Accompanies the patient from ward to the operation theatre, and diagnostic department while a patient is with I.V. on
- Responsible for documentation in peri-operative form, time out documentations, OT count forms instruments count form, SSI, OT utilization, OT register, implant register, and narcotic register.
- Checks the inventory, CSSD items, Dressing Trolley, and Equipment in each shift.
