About Shantara Naturopathy Retreat

Shantara Naturopathy Retreat is a premium wellness retreat launching in Kozhikode. We're a 60,000 sq ft facility on 4 acres with 52 luxury rooms and 2 specialty dining outlets, offering comprehensive wellness programs. Our positioning combines clinical wellness excellence with luxury hospitality standards.

- Monitor patients/guests and record vital signs regularly.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by doctors.
- Observe patient condition and promptly report any changes or emergencies.
- Assist with patient admission, discharge, daily care, and comfort.
- Provide basic nursing care and emergency/first-aid support.
- Maintain accurate nursing notes, EMR/IPD records, medication charts, and handover reports.
- Follow infection-control, hygiene, sterilization, and safety protocols.
- Coordinate with doctors, RMOs, therapists, and other departments for patient care.
- Ensure patient privacy, dignity, confidentiality, and a positive guest experience.
- Maintain nursing station, emergency equipment, and patient-care areas.
- Participate in handovers, clinical meetings, training, and other assigned duties

Requirements

- B.Sc.



Nursing from a recognized institution or GNM (General Nursing & Midwifery).
- Valid registration with the State Nursing Council.
- 1–2 years of clinical/hospital experience preferred.
- Freshers also considered depending on the hospital's policy.
- Wellness, rehabilitation, Ayurveda, naturopathy, or multidisciplinary healthcare settings.
- Patient assessment, medication administration, vital-sign monitoring, wound care, documentation, infection control, and emergency response.
- Basic Life Support (BLS), first aid, infection prevention and control, and patient safety.
- Good communication, compassionate patient care, teamwork, professionalism, and willingness to work shifts.
