Experience: Fresher or Entry Level CTC: ₹8.5 LPA

Role Overview

We are looking for qualified and motivated professionals for Senior Manager, Manager and Fresher positions within the Statutory Audit team. Candidates should possess solid accounting knowledge, an understanding of financial statements and applicable Accounting Standards, and a genuine interest in building a career in Statutory Audit.

Managerial candidates must have relevant hands-on Statutory Audit experience and the ability to independently manage audit assignments. Senior Manager candidates must also possess strong team-management, audit-review and client-handling capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute and complete Statutory Audit assignments.
- Manage audits from planning through final reporting.
- Conduct financial statement audits in accordance with applicable regulations.
- Review financial statements, audit reports and supporting documents.
- Prepare and maintain audit working papers and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with IND AS and applicable Accounting Standards.
- Assess business risks and evaluate internal control systems.
- Identify audit observations and recommend corrective measures.




- Coordinate with clients for the required information and documentation.
- Conduct client meetings and communicate audit findings effectively.
- Manage multiple audit assignments while meeting quality standards and deadlines.
- Support accounting, financial reporting and statutory compliance activities.
- Review the work completed by audit team members.
- Guide and supervise junior team members according to the position.
- Maintain professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Role-Specific Requirements

Senior Manager:

- Minimum 8 years of substantial Statutory Audit experience.
- Strong audit-planning, execution and review capabilities.
- Proven team-management and leadership experience.
- Ability to independently manage multiple audit assignments.
- Solid client-management and presentation skills.
- Experience reviewing financial statements and final audit reports.

Manager:

- Minimum 5-8 years of relevant Statutory Audit experience.
- Ability to plan, execute and review audit assignments.
- Team-handling and audit-review experience.
- Strong client-interaction and financial-reporting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments independently.

Fresher:

- Strong accounting fundamentals and financial-statement knowledge.
- Basic understanding of audit concepts and Accounting Standards.
- Good analytical, communication and MS Excel skills.
- Willingness to work on different audit assignments and meet deadlines.
- Articleship or internship experience in audit will be an advantage.
- Genuine interest in pursuing a career in Statutory Audit.

Educational Qualifications

- B.Com or M.Com from a recognized university.
- CA and CA Inter candidates will be strictly preferred.
- Relevant qualifications in Accounting, Commerce or Finance may also be considered.
- Articleship, internship or practical Statutory Audit exposure will be an added advantage.
