We are looking for an experienced Manager Fabrication & Steel Solutions (Sales)- Someone from South open for Frequent Travel .

Plant Location - Trichy.

Exp into MHE & Steel Fabrication Sales to drive business development and sales in the steel fabrication and industrial engineering segment. The role involves identifying current business opportunities, developing relationships with industrial clients, EPC companies, manufacturing plants, and project contractors, and managing the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.

The candidate will understand customer requirements, conduct technical discussions, prepare estimates and quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and provide suitable fabrication solutions covering industrial steel structures, fabricated components,



custom engineering solutions, and mechanical fabrication works.

The role also requires close coordination with engineering, production, and QA/QC teams to ensure project feasibility, costing, quality, timelines, and successful execution. Candidates should have strong knowledge of steel fabrication, welding, fabrication drawings, estimation, project execution, and quality processes. Strong client management, negotiation, technical sales, and business development skills are essential. 6–10 years of relevant experience is required; B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering is preferred.
