LKM Capital Advisory is looking for an experienced Stock Trading & Broking Business Lead to help us establish and scale our stock broking and trading vertical.

This is not a conventional dealer or execution-only role.

We are looking for someone who understands markets deeply, can execute and evaluate trades with discipline, and also has the commercial and operational mindset required to help build a broking business from the ground up.

The right candidate should be comfortable taking ownership across trading, risk management, client engagement, operating processes, and business growth.

What You’ll Do

- Execute and monitor trades across equities and, where relevant, equity derivatives.
- Analyse market trends, technical setups, volumes, price action, and trading opportunities.
- Develop disciplined trade ideas with clearly defined entry, exit, stop-loss, position-sizing, and risk-reward parameters.
- Help establish the operating framework for LKM’s stock broking vertical.
- Contribute to trading workflows, execution processes, reporting systems, risk controls, and client servicing.
- Work closely with leadership to identify opportunities to grow the broking client base and revenue.
- Engage with existing and prospective clients and understand their trading and investment requirements.
- Evaluate trading platforms, charting tools, market-data systems, and execution infrastructure.
- Track trading performance and continuously refine processes and strategies.




- Ensure adherence to applicable regulatory, compliance, and risk-management requirements.

What We’re Looking For
- Strong practical understanding of Indian equity markets.
- Hands-on experience in trading and trade execution.
- Strong knowledge of technical analysis and trading strategies.
- Sound understanding of risk management, position sizing, and capital preservation.
- Experience with equities; exposure to derivatives would be an advantage.
- Familiarity with trading platforms, charting software, and real-time market-data tools.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Good communication and client-handling capabilities.
- Commercial mindset with an interest in building and growing a broking business.
- High levels of ownership, discipline, integrity, and accountability.

Preferred Experience Candidates with prior experience at a stock broking firm, securities business, wealth management company, proprietary trading desk, investment advisory firm, or capital-markets business would be particularly relevant.

Experience in helping set up or scale a trading or broking desk would be a strong advantage.

Relevant NISM or capital-market certifications are preferred.
