· 3-5 years of experience in stock management, warehouse operations, dispatch, or inventory control preferred.

Key Responsibilities

· Maintain daily records of stock received, stock issued, and closing stock.

· Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper availability of materials/products.

· Verify goods against invoices, orders, challans, and dispatch instructions.

· Prepare and coordinate dispatches to customers/parties.

· Coordinate with the Sales, Purchase, Accounts, and Transport teams for smooth dispatch operations.

· Prepare dispatch documents such as delivery challans, invoices, packing lists, and transport details.

· Maintain proper records of dispatched and pending orders.

· Conduct regular physical stock verification and report shortages, excess stock, or damaged goods.

· Update stock/inventory data in Excel or ERP/software.





· Report any stock discrepancies or dispatch-related issues to management.

· Ensure that all dispatches are completed accurately and on time.

REQUIREMENTS

· Good knowledge of stock/inventory management.

· Good working knowledge of MS Excel and inventory/ERP software.

· Good coordination, accuracy and communication skills.

· Basic understanding of invoices, delivery challans, and transport documents.

· Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple dispatches.

Experience

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
