Role Description The Steward is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat, responsible for supporting seamless restaurant operations and guest service. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining and service areas, setting up tables and service stations, and assisting servers and kitchen staff with food and beverage service. The Steward ensures that dishes, glassware, and utensils are cleaned, stored, and readily available, while following hygiene and safety standards.





This role also involves responding to guest needs in a courteous manner, assisting with basic food service tasks, and cooperating with the team to deliver an efficient and enjoyable dining experience.

Qualifications

- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to interact professionally with guests and team members.
- Basic knowledge of Food & Beverage operations and Food Service procedures, including hygiene and safety standards.
- Ability to participate in and benefit from Training related to service protocols, safety, and product knowledge.
- Attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work in a quick-paced hospitality environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Capability to stand for extended periods and perform tasks that may require light physical effort.
