Job Overview

We are looking for responsible and hardworking Store Associates to support daily store operations. The role involves arranging products, assisting customers, maintaining stock, and keeping the store organised.

Freshers can also apply. Training will be provided to freshers to help them understand the work process and store operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Arrange and replenish products on store shelves.
- Receive and organise incoming stock.
- Check product availability and maintain proper shelf arrangement.
- Assist customers in locating products when required.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the store.
- Identify misplaced or damaged products and report them to the manager.
- Follow store procedures, work instructions, and safety guidelines.
- Support the manager and team with day-to-day store activities.

Requirements

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Basic communication skills.
- Basic smartphone knowledge.
- Responsible and punctual approach to work.
- Comfortable with standing and performing routine store-related tasks.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.

Training

Selected candidates will receive 1–2 days of practical training at the store where they are referred for training.

Training may be provided at Blinkit, Instamart, Vishal Mega Mart, JioMart, or DMart, depending on availability and the candidate's preferred work area.

The training store will generally be selected near the candidate's home, wherever a suitable training location is available.

Important: These stores are only for practical training. Your final job will not be at the store where you complete your training. Your actual work location and job details will be shared separately after the training and selection process.
