Manage day-to-day store operations and inventory activities. Receive incoming materials and verify quantity, quality, and documents. Maintain GRN/MRN, stock registers, and material records . Issue materials to production and other departments as per approved requirements.

Maintain accurate stock levels and inventory records in ERP/software. Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconciliation. Monitor minimum stock levels and coordinate with Purchase for material requirements.

Properly arrange, label, and store materials for easy identification and retrieval. Handle inward, outward, transfer, and return of materials. Coordinate with Purchase, Production, QC, and Accounts for material-related issues.

Track slow-moving, excess, damaged, and rejected materials. Maintain proper documentation and ensure secure handling of materials. Prepare daily/monthly stock and inventory reports . Ensure proper housekeeping and safety standards in the store.
