Role Description This is an internship role for a Store Assistant based in Bengaluru, offered in a hybrid model with a mix of in-office and work-from-home responsibilities.

The Store

Assistant will support day-to-day operations of hardware storage and inventory, including receiving, organizing, tagging, and dispatching assets for remote teams. The role involves maintaining accurate records of assets, coordinating with internal teams for onboarding and offboarding requirements, and ensuring timely preparation of equipment for shipment or collection.

Assistant will assist in resolving basic asset-related queries, support customer service activities, and follow standard operating procedures to maintain a protected and orderly store environment. Interns will also help document processes, participate in training activities, and contribute ideas to improve efficiency and asset visibility.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Retail Sales and Training skills to support asset handovers, product understanding, and basic user guidance.
- Organization Skills to manage inventory, maintain records, and keep the store area well-structured and efficient.
- Basic familiarity with hardware devices and asset management tools is beneficial.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup, manage time effectively, and follow detailed procedures with attention to accuracy.
- Comfort with using spreadsheets or inventory software; prior internship or part-time experience in operations, logistics, or retail is an advantage.
