We are looking for an experienced and responsible Store Incharge to manage day-to-day store and warehouse operations in a heavy machinery/manufacturing setting. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in handling engineering materials, inventory control, material inward/outward, and coordination with Purchase, Production, Quality and Accounts departments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage complete store operations, including receipt, storage, issue and dispatch of materials.
- Handle engineering raw materials, consumables, spare parts, tools and finished goods.
- Verify incoming materials against PO, challan, quantity and specifications.
- Maintain accurate stock records, bin cards and inventory documentation.
- Ensure proper material identification, tagging, stacking and storage.
- Issue materials to Production, Project, Maintenance and other departments as per requirements.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with Purchase for material replenishment.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconciliation.
- Maintain proper records for material movement and ensure FIFO wherever applicable.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality and Accounts for smooth material flow.




- Ensure proper housekeeping, safety and utilization of store space.
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports, stock reports and inventory records.
- Identify slow-moving, excess and shortage items and report them to management.
- Supervise store staff/helpers and ensure discipline and proper work allocation.

Required Skills & Qualifications: Graduate/Diploma in Mechanical, Production, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred.

4–8 years of relevant experience in Stores/Inventory in a manufacturing, heavy engineering, heavy machinery, boiler, fabrication or industrial equipment company.

Strong knowledge of engineering materials and industrial store management.

Good knowledge of inventory control, stock reconciliation and material documentation.

Experience with ERP/software for inventory management will be an advantage.

Good coordination, team-handling and communication skills.

Should be comfortable working in a plant/manufacturing environment.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with experience in heavy machinery, boiler manufacturing, fabrication, industrial equipment, or heavy engineering companies will be preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
