Overview: As a Store Helper, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth operation of our store. You'll assist in various tasks to ensure the store is well-maintained, organized, and customer-ready at all times. From stocking shelves to assisting customers, your contribution will directly impact our overall efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: Stock Management: Receive, unload, and unpack merchandise shipments. Organize stockroom shelves and ensure proper labeling and arrangement of products.

Customer Assistance: Greet customers warmly, assist them in locating products, and provide information about product features or promotions.

Maintaining Cleanliness: Keep the store clean, including aisles, shelves, and checkout areas. Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors regularly to uphold cleanliness standards.

Inventory Control: Assist in conducting regular inventory checks to monitor stock levels and identify discrepancies. Communicate inventory needs to management.

Merchandising: Assist with setting up displays, signage, and promotional materials according to company guidelines.

Operational Support: Help with tasks such as receiving deliveries, organizing returns,



and restocking items on shelves.

Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself, colleagues, and customers.

Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints courteously, and escalate issues to management when necessary.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Prior experience in a retail or customer service role preferred but not required. Robust communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team and independently. Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy objects.
