Role Description The Store Manager role at Atlara Hyperlogistics is a full time, on-site position based in Bengaluru.

The Store

Manager oversees daily store operations, including inventory management, stock replenishment, and ensuring accurate documentation of goods moving in and out of the facility. This role is responsible for maintaining orderly storage systems, coordinating with logistics and operations teams, and ensuring compliance with internal processes and safety standards.

Manager monitors store performance, optimizes space utilization,



and implements retail loss prevention measures to minimize shrinkage. The role also involves leading and coaching store staff, resolving operational issues, and supporting a high level of customer satisfaction for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Strong store management and inventory control skills, including experience in overseeing daily operations and stock accuracy.
- Proven ability to support customer satisfaction through effective customer service and issue resolution.
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with cross-functional teams and leading store staff.
- Knowledge of retail loss prevention practices and basic understanding of safety and compliance standards.
- Relevant experience in logistics, retail, warehousing, or hyperlocal/e-commerce operations.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage shifting priorities, and meet operational deadlines.
- Comfort with using digital tools and basic data analysis to track performance and improve processes.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in operations, logistics, business, or a related field.
