Role Description The Store Manager is a full-time, in office role based in New Delhi, responsible for overseeing daily store operations to achieve sales, service, and brand standards. This role includes managing the sales team, driving excellent customer service, monitoring inventory, and ensuring the store is visually appealing and aligned with Hidesign’s brand guidelines.

The Store

Manager will track sales performance, implement retail loss prevention measures, and manage cash handling and reporting. They will also coach and develop team members, schedule staff,



handle customer feedback and escalations, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Collaboration with regional management on promotional activities, local marketing initiatives, and store performance reviews is an essential part of the role.

Qualifications

- Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service.
- Effective Communication skills for engaging customers, leading teams, and coordinating with management.
- Demonstrated expertise in Store Management, including staff supervision, sales performance tracking, and operational oversight.
- Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices to safeguard inventory and reduce shrinkage.
- Relevant experience in retail, preferably in fashion, accessories, or lifestyle brands.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and develop diverse teams in a fast-paced store environment.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and accountability.
- Comfort with basic retail systems and point-of-sale software; familiarity with sales reporting is an advantage.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, retail management, or a related field is preferred.
