We are looking for a reliable, well-spoken Store Manager to oversee daily sales, service coordination, and basic financial billing at our new Honda showroom and service center in Benachity (handling generators, tillers, pumps, and lawn mowers).

Salary & Benefits: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 / month + incentives (Negotiable based on experience + big performance incentives).

Key Responsibilities

- Store Management: Take full responsibility to open, close, and manage the smooth daily operation of the shop.
- Billing & Inventory: Generate customer GST invoices, manage payment receipts (Cash/UPI), and monitor stock levels of equipment and spare parts.
- Basic Cash Management: Maintain daily cash registers, track shop expenses, and handle daily ledger balancing.
- Sales & Customer Service: Handle walk-in buyers, explain Honda equipment features,



negotiate pricing, and drive store sales.
- Service Coordination: Log customer machines for repairs, issue job cards, and coordinate with shop technicians.

Requirements:

- Communication: Transparent and fluent speaker in Bengali and Hindi; strong customer-handling skills.
- Computer Skills: Basic computer knowledge is mandatory (hands-on experience with MS Excel or Tally billing software is a strong advantage).
- Financial Aptitude: Solid understanding of basic math, cash handling, and retail billing.
- Education: Graduate Preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
