Role Description This is a full time, on-site Store Manager role based in Chennai.

The Store

Manager is responsible for overseeing daily store operations, including staff scheduling, task allocation, and maintaining store standards. The role involves monitoring sales performance, managing inventory, ensuring accurate cash handling, and implementing retail loss prevention measures.

Manager leads and develops the store team, supports training and performance coaching, and promotes a culture of safety, compliance, and customer-focused service.



The individual will work closely with regional leadership to execute company initiatives, drive operational efficiency, and deliver an outstanding in-store experience aligned with Jubilant FoodWorks’ brand values.

Qualifications

- Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with a focus on delivering consistent, high-quality guest experiences.
- Store Management expertise, including day-to-day operations, staff supervision, and performance monitoring in a retail or QSR environment.
- Effective Communication skills for interacting with guests, team members, and leadership, and for managing feedback and conflict resolution.
- Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices, including cash control, shrink management, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Relevant experience in retail, quick-service restaurants, or hospitality; prior team leadership or supervisory experience is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by store operations.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage high-volume, fast-paced environments.
- Basic proficiency with POS systems and store management software; comfort with data and reports to track store performance.
- Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality, or a related field is an advantage.
