Jai Guru Jeweller is seeking an experienced, dynamic, and customer-focused Store Manager to join our team.

Position: Store Manager

Salary: ₹30,000–₹50,000 per month

Compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, skills, and interview performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily showroom operations and ensure efficient store management
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve business objectives
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain strong customer relationships
- Drive sales performance and consistently achieve store targets
- Manage inventory, stock records, and related documentation
- Ensure high standards of showroom presentation, discipline,



and compliance with company policies

Ideal Candidate

- Prior experience in jewellery or retail store management is preferred
- Solid leadership, communication, and team-management skills
- Excellent customer-service and sales capabilities
- Sound knowledge of retail operations and inventory management
- Professional, responsible, organized, and target-oriented approach
