Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Store Manager / Inventory Manager to manage the complete stores and inventory operations of our manufacturing facility.

The candidate will be responsible for raw material, WIP, consumables, spares, scrap and finished goods, ensuring accurate inventory, timely material availability and efficient stores operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day Stores & Inventory Operations in a manufacturing environment.
- Control receipt, inspection, storage, issue and movement of materials.
- Maintain optimum inventory levels and ensure uninterrupted production.
- Monitor slow-moving, non-moving, excess and obsolete inventory.
- Conduct physical stock verification, cycle counts and stock audits.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP / Infor ERP.
- Verify GRN, material issue slips, stock transfers and inventory reports.
- Reconcile physical stock with system records and resolve discrepancies.
- Ensure proper FIFO/FEFO, binning, labelling and material identification.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Planning, Quality, Logistics and Finance.
- Ensure compliance with ISO, 5S, EHS and company safety procedures.
- Lead, train and supervise storekeepers, executives and helpers.
- Improve inventory accuracy, material availability and overall stores efficiency.





Candidate Profile:

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Materials Management, Operations or related field.
- 10–15 years of experience in Stores / Inventory Management in a manufacturing or engineering industry.
- Strong knowledge of Inventory Control, Warehouse/Stores Management and Material Handling.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems; Infor ERP experience preferred.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MIS, stock reconciliation and inventory audits.
- Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving and coordination skills.
