Roles & Responsibilities

- Maintaining and registering of ALL inward entries and Outward exits on a daily basis.
- Ensuring that Inward Register is maintained and updated with the correct PO / Documentation reference (GATE ENTRY Dt / Timings, Vehicle # etc.) for all the incoming materials.
- Ensuring that the Incoming material quality is inspected and acknowledged by Quality Team.
- Maintaining Incoming material rejection register against PO and updating Stock register and informing Purchase Department (If any Separately) about the rejection quantity.
- Informing respective Dept. Manager if any critical / high priority materials are received for Production.
- Ensuring all Materials are tagged and handled / placed properly.
- Maintaining Optimum level of stock and avoiding "out of stock" and "Excess stock" situations.
- All incoming materials to be checked for quality and quantity.
- Re-order level of stock to be monitored regularly and plan for the indent accordingly.
- Ensuring consumables consumption is as per requirement only.




- Ensuring Despatch materials are tagged and released as per Invoice and maintaining Despatch register with correct documentations against request.
- Implementing continuous improvement policies like 5S and Total Productive Maintenance.
- Ensuring Proactive alerts to Management / Dept. if any high consumption / change in Stock level.
- Ensuring periodic review with Dept. / Management for Stock or Re-order Quantity to match with Production plan for 1 Quarter .
- Ensuring Material Stock Register is current and up to date.
- Providing periodic reports to Management regarding the Actual vs Current Stock.
- Ensuring the Stock Quantity / Level without any discrepancy on the volume / count.
- Ensuring that high cost materials are inspected and acknowledged by respective Dept for Accounts Clearance.

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
