Job Responsibilities Manage complete day-to-day store operations. Achieve monthly and daily sales targets . Manage and motivate Sales Associates. Track sales, conversion, ATV, UPT and staff productivity .
Ensure excellent customer service and handle escalations. Manage stock availability, replenishment and inventory accuracy. Control stock shortage, damage and shrinkage. Maintain proper visual merchandising and store hygiene .
Manage staff attendance, shifts, weekly offs and grooming. Ensure billing, cash handling and store closing are completed correctly. Share daily sales and store performance reports with management.
Requirement
Experience in Baby/Kids, Apparel, Lifestyle or Retail preferred. Positive communication and team-handling skills. Target-oriented and customer-focused. Comfortable with rotational weekly offs and retail working hours.
