We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Store Manager to lead our store operations, manage the sales team, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day operations of the store and ensure smooth functioning.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the store sales team.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Monitor individual and team sales performance.
- Handle customers professionally and ensure excellent customer service.
- Manage product displays, stock availability, pricing, and store merchandising.
- Coordinate with the warehouse, accounts, service, and management teams.
- Monitor inventory and ensure proper stock management.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations effectively.
- Ensure proper implementation of company offers, schemes, and promotional activities.
- Maintain store discipline, cleanliness, and overall presentation.
- Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly sales and performance reports.




- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Ensure company policies, processes, and SOPs are followed.

Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in retail store management, preferably in consumer electronics.
- Solid knowledge of consumer electronics and retail sales.
- Proven experience in achieving sales targets.
- Excellent leadership and team-management skills.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel and retail billing or POS systems.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Preferred Candidate Candidates with experience in electronics showrooms, appliance retail, mobile/electronics retail chains, or large-format retail stores will be preferred.
