What we're looking for
- 4-8 years of experience in retail, preferably in fashion / kidswear / lifestyle
- Strong experience in store operations & team management
- Proven ability to drive sales, conversion, UPT & customer experience
- Good understanding of visual merchandising & inventory management
- Solid leadership, communication and people-management skills
- Customer-centric and target-oriented approach
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
