Swagatham Global Connect is hiring an experienced Store Manager for a reputed company in Mal, Maldives. This is an excellent overseas opportunity for candidates with robust experience in store operations, inventory management, and warehouse administration.

Job Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee day-to-day store and warehouse operations.
- Supervise store assistants and assign daily tasks efficiently.
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records.
- Prepare stock, inventory, and sales reports using MS Excel and inventory systems.
- Coordinate with procurement, project teams, accounts, and management for material requirements.
- Ensure proper storage, handling, security, and issuance of materials.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular stock verification and audits.




- Implement and follow company procedures for inventory control and store management.

Eligibility Criteria

- Diploma or Degree in Store Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in store or warehouse management.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and stock control procedures.
- Good computer skills, especially MS Excel and inventory software.
- Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
- Passport-ready candidates preferred for immediate processing.
