The Store Manager (Warehouse) manages central warehouse operations to support the Central Kitchen and multiple QSR/café outlets. This role ensures accurate receiving, temperature-compliant storage, exact inventory control, and timely dispatch of raw materials, perishables, and supplies while strictly enforcing FIFO/FEFO rules, food safety guidelines, and stock audits to eliminate wastage and stock-outs.

Key Accountabilities:

- Operations & Dispatch: Oversee daily warehouse receiving, storage, and timely order fulfillment for the Central Kitchen and retail outlets.

- Inbound & Quality Check: Inspect incoming goods against Purchase Orders for quantity, quality, temperature, and expiry; issue GRNs and log damaged goods.

- Inventory Control: Maintain optimal stock levels, enforce FIFO/FEFO rotation, conduct weekly physical audits, and reconcile variances in the ERP/POS system.

- Storage & Hygiene: Organize dry, chilled, and frozen storage areas while enforcing strict FSSAI food safety, temperature compliance, and pest control routines.

- Logistics & Team Leadership:



Coordinate daily dispatches with transport and outlet teams; supervise, train, and manage warehouse helpers and loaders.

- Reporting: Maintain real-time stock logs, prepare daily wastage and dispatch summaries, and submit monthly audit data to management.

Core Competencies:

- Inventory Control & FIFO/FEFO implementation

- Temperature-controlled F&B; cold chain and storage management

- ERP/POS inventory software (e.g., Petpooja, Posist, SAP) and MS Excel

- Stock auditing, variance analysis, and loss prevention

- Cross-functional coordination with procurement, central kitchen, and logistics

Preferred Experience & Education:

- Experience: Hands-on warehouse/inventory management in Central Kitchens, QSR Chains, or F&B; Cold Chain Logistics.

- Education: Graduate Degree/Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Materials Management, Hotel Management, or related fields.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
