Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Store Manager role based in Chennai.

The Store

Manager oversees daily store operations, including monitoring sales performance, managing inventory, and ensuring visual merchandising standards are maintained. The role involves leading and mentoring the store team, scheduling staff, and supporting their performance and development.

Manager interacts directly with customers, resolves concerns, and promotes a positive in-store experience to drive customer satisfaction and repeat business. The role also includes implementing retail loss prevention measures, tracking key metrics,



and reporting store results to senior management.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, with the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to engage with customers, collaborate with team members, and report store performance clearly.
- Candidates should possess Store Management skills, including staff supervision, scheduling, inventory oversight, and adherence to store processes.
- Candidates should possess Retail Loss Prevention skills to reduce shrinkage, ensure compliance with policies, and maintain a secure store setting.
- Experience in retail or furniture/home décor stores, with prior team leadership or supervisory responsibilities, is preferred.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with comfort using basic retail software and point-of-sale systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by store operations.
