Somrush is a modern beverage and food brand bringing together refreshing drinks, coffee, traditional Indian favourites and indulgent snacks in a vibrant, contemporary format.

We are looking for an energetic and responsible Store Manager who can take ownership of our store operations while also helping us grow the brand across Lucknow.

Key Responsibilities:-

Store Operations

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Somrush outlet
- Ensure smooth opening, closing and overall store functioning
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness and customer service
- Manage inventory, stock levels and daily requirements
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers when required
- Handle cash, billing and daily sales reporting

Sales & Customer Experience-

- Take ownership of daily and monthly sales targets
- Drive upselling and cross-selling at the store
- Build robust relationships with regular customers
- Ensure an excellent customer experience
- Track sales performance and identify opportunities for improvement

Brand Promotion & Business Development-

- Visit schools, colleges, offices, events, societies and other potential locations to promote Somrush
- Identify local partnership and promotional opportunities




- Participate in events, sampling activities and brand activations
- Generate leads and new customer opportunities
- Help build Somrush's presence across Lucknow

Team Management-

- Supervise and manage store staff
- Prepare staff schedules and allocate responsibilities
- Train team members on products, service and store processes
- Maintain discipline, productivity and a positive work environment

What We're Looking For:-
- 1-2 years of experience in F&B;, café, QSR, retail or hospitality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good sales and customer-handling abilities
- Comfortable managing a team
- Strong ownership and problem-solving attitude
- Willingness to travel locally for promotions and business development
- Basic knowledge of inventory, billing and daily reporting
- Energetic, presentable and proactive personality
- Someone who is comfortable being hands-on , not just managing from behind a desk
