Job Title: Store Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Store Sales Executive to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering an excellent in-store experience by assisting customers, driving sales, maintaining store cleanliness, and ensuring stock availability.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products
- Achieve individual and store sales targets
- Provide accurate information (e.g., product features, pricing, and after-sales services)
- Handle customer complaints and queries promptly and effectively
- Process POS (point of sale) purchases
- Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards
- Replenish stock and monitor inventory levels
- Coordinate with the inventory and warehouse team for stock availability
- Participate in periodic stock audits and stock-takes
- Collect and report customer feedback to management
- Stay updated with product knowledge, promotions,



and industry trends

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field is a plus
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong selling and negotiation skills
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Familiarity with POS systems and MS Office is an advantage
