Role Description The Store Officer role at MedPlus in Tuni is a full-time, on-site position responsible for the efficient management of store operations.

The Store

Officer will oversee incoming and outgoing stock, ensure accurate recording of inventory, and maintain proper storage conditions for pharmaceutical and FMCG products. This role includes monitoring stock levels, coordinating with procurement for timely replenishment, and verifying purchase orders and deliveries against documentation.

Officer will conduct regular stock audits, reconcile discrepancies,



and implement inventory control procedures to minimize losses and wastage. The position also involves ensuring compliance with company SOPs, supporting store staff with stock-related queries, and contributing to a secure, customer-focused store environment.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Stock Control and Stock Management skills to ensure accurate tracking and handling of all items within the store.
- Candidates should possess practical experience with Inventory Control and Inventory Management to maintain optimal stock levels and support smooth store operations.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with Purchase Orders and related documentation to coordinate effectively with suppliers and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess good numerical aptitude, attention to detail, and basic computer skills for working with inventory systems and reports.
- Candidates should possess strong organizational skills, the ability to follow standard operating procedures, and effective communication skills for working with store and logistics teams.
- Candidates should possess a minimum of a higher secondary diploma; a graduate degree in commerce, business, or a related field, and prior experience in retail or pharmacy stores will be an advantage.
