Key Responsibilities

- Receive finished goods from Production after Quality clearance.
- Verify part number, quantity, batch/lot number, and packing before storing.
- Maintain accurate FG stock records in ERP/system.
- Ensure proper identification, labeling, stacking, and storage of finished goods.
- Maintain FIFO and product traceability.
- Monitor daily FG stock and prepare stock reports.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile stock differences.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, PPC, Sales, and Accounts for dispatch requirements.
- Prepare finished goods as per the customer dispatch schedule.
- Verify part number, quantity, packing, and customer requirements before dispatch.
- Coordinate with transporters for vehicle arrangements and loading.
- Ensure correct and safe loading of finished goods.
- Update dispatch details in the ERP/system.
- Maintain dispatch and delivery status records.
- Monitor pending dispatches and communicate delays to the concerned departments.
- Handle customer return FG and maintain proper records.
- Maintain FG-related records required for ISO/QMS audits.
- Ensure 5S, housekeeping,



safety, and proper stacking in the FG stores area.

Required Skills
- Valuable knowledge of Finished Goods Stock & Dispatch.
- Experience in an automotive manufacturing company preferred.
- Knowledge of ERP / Inventory Management System.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Knowledge of FIFO, stock verification, traceability, and inventory control.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage customer dispatch schedules and urgent requirements.

Qualification Diploma / ITI / Any Degree

Experience: 2–5 years in FG Stores / Dispatch, preferably in an automotive manufacturing or engineering company.
