Develop, coordinate, and maintain structural BIM models using Revit Structure and other relevant BIM software.

- Coordinate structural models with architectural, MEP, and other discipline models.
- Perform clash detection and identify coordination issues using tools such as Navisworks.
- Review and resolve model discrepancies, design conflicts, and constructability issues.
- Ensure BIM models comply with project standards, BIM Execution Plans (BEP), and company standards.
- Prepare structural drawings, plans, sections, details, and schedules from BIM models.
- Conduct regular model audits and ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Coordinate with structural engineers, architects, MEP teams, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Support BIM Managers and Project Managers in BIM coordination activities.
- Maintain model versions, naming conventions, worksets, and project documentation.
- Assist with quantity take-offs and model-based project deliverables when required.
- Participate in coordination meetings and track BIM-related issues through to resolution.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in structural BIM/modeling and coordination.
- Strong knowledge of Autodesk Revit Structure.




- Working knowledge of Navisworks Manage and clash detection.
- Understanding of structural systems such as RCC, steel, foundations, beams, columns, slabs, and connections.
- Knowledge of BIM standards, workflows, and model coordination.
- Ability to read and interpret structural engineering drawings.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary project teams.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with AutoCAD, BIM 360/ACC, Dynamo, or other BIM tools.
- Knowledge of international BIM standards such as ISO 19650.
- Experience working on residential, commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
- Understanding of LOD requirements and BIM deliverables.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
