Role Description The Structural Project Engineer will be responsible for planning, designing, and reviewing structural systems for HPIPL’s parking infrastructure projects, ensuring safety, stability, and compliance with relevant codes and standards. Day-to-day tasks include performing structural analysis and calculations, preparing engineering drawings and specifications, coordinating with civil and construction teams on-site, and monitoring masonry and structural works for quality and accuracy. The role involves collaborating with project managers, vendors,



and clients to align technical requirements with project timelines, budgets, and performance expectations.

The engineer will also conduct site inspections, troubleshoot structural issues, and support continuous improvement in design and construction practices. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Structural Engineering skills, including Structural Analysis and design for steel, concrete, and composite structures.
- Candidates should possess Civil Engineering expertise, with knowledge of construction practices, building codes, and site coordination.
- Candidates should possess skills related to Masonry and structural construction, including supervision of masonry works and quality control on-site.
- Candidates should possess Project Management skills, including project planning, scheduling, resource coordination, and documentation.
- Proficiency in structural design and analysis software (e.g., STAAD, ETABS, SAP2000) and CAD tools (e.g., AutoCAD) is beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from an accredited institution is required; a master’s degree is an advantage.
- Relevant experience in infrastructure, industrial, or parking system projects, preferably in an on-site engineering role, is beneficial.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills, with the ability to work safely and efficiently in a energetic project environment, are essential.
