About the Role

Guardian Angel Institute of Caregiving (GAIC) is seeking a motivated and target-driven Student Counsellor to support admissions for our job-oriented caregiving and healthcare training programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective students, managing enquiries, and converting leads into confirmed admissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle student enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and other communication channels.
- Counsel prospective students and understand their educational and career goals.
- Provide detailed information about courses, eligibility criteria, fee structure, duration, career opportunities, and admission procedures.
- Follow up with leads regularly and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Achieve assigned monthly admission and conversion targets.
- Conduct outbound calls to leads generated through digital marketing campaigns and other promotional activities.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions in the CRM/lead management system.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students and parents.




- Coordinate with training and operations teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new students.
- Participate in college visits, career guidance sessions, educational fairs, and admission campaigns.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on enquiries, follow-ups, conversions, and admissions.

Eligibility CriteriaEducational Qualification
- Any Bachelor's Degree.

Experience
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in:
- Student Counselling
- Admissions
- Education Sales
- Telecalling
- Inside Sales
- Similar customer-facing roles

Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Strong counselling, persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to achieve targets and convert leads effectively.
- Good follow-up and relationship management skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM/lead management systems.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
