About The Role We are looking for enthusiastic and communication-oriented Student Counselor Interns to join our team. The intern will be responsible for connecting with students, understanding their academic and career goals, providing relevant guidance, and helping them choose suitable learning programs.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with students through calls and other communication channels.
- Understand students’ academic background, requirements, and career goals.
- Explain our courses, programs, and learning opportunities clearly.
- Counsel students and help them make informed decisions.
- Follow up with interested students and maintain regular communication.
- Maintain accurate student and lead information in the designated system.
- Achieve assigned daily/weekly calling and counseling targets.
- Maintain call records and submit regular reports.
- Coordinate with the team to ensure a smooth student experience.

Requirements

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.




- Good interpersonal and convincing abilities.
- Comfortable speaking with students over phone calls.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Ability to understand student needs and provide appropriate guidance.
- Personal laptop/desktop with a reliable device for daily work.
- Stable internet/network connectivity.
- Availability of Zoom for online meetings, training, and team communication.
- Freshers and college students are encouraged to apply.
