Serve as a key point of contact for student-related academic and non-academic concerns.

Develop initiatives to improve student engagement, satisfaction, participation, and retention.

Coordinate student orientation, induction, mentoring, counselling, feedback, and engagement activities.

Monitor student feedback and coordinate appropriate corrective and improvement actions.

Organize technical events, workshops, seminars, hackathons, competitions, industry interactions, and student development activities.

Support student clubs, skilled societies, innovation activities, and extracurricular initiatives.

Coordinate with faculty mentors and class coordinators to identify and address student concerns.

Track student participation, attendance, academic progress, engagement, and other relevant student experience indicators.





Maintain student-related records, reports, dashboards, and documentation.

Facilitate communication between students and the School administration.

Support academic advising and student progression initiatives.

Coordinate with placement and training teams to enhance employability and career readiness.

Collect and analyse student feedback and prepare periodic reports for management.

Develop initiatives for improving student-industry interaction and professional development.

Handle student grievances professionally and ensure timely escalation and resolution.

Perform other responsibilities assigned by the School leadership.
