We are seeking a Visa counsellor for our Visa Filing & Counselling team in Vesu/Piplod, Surat. Freshers are welcome.

Role & Responsibilities

- Handle client enquiries and provide visa counselling.
- Explain visa processes, documentation and application requiremeddnts.
- Follow up with clients and maintain regular communication.
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely application processing.
- Maintain client records and ensure a positive customer experience.

Required Skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Customer-handling and follow-up skills.
- Confident, positive and professional attitude.
- Freshers with a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
